We identified two levels of need; a basic need in more junior staff to increase confidence and professionalism when delivering a presentation and a need amongst more senior managers to develop more sophistication in their delivery and to achieve greater influence through their presentations.
Accordingly we developed and ran three separate programmes which included the following topics:
Senior managers thinking more strategically about the identification and initial engagement of key stakeholders
Increased impact of managers' presentations
Junior staff more confident in preparing and delivering effective presentations to groups of senior managers
