Severn Trent Water wanted to increase the capability of all their managers to hold the conversations crucial to improving performance in a customer focused culture in a consistent and effective way.

Interventions

Stratagem worked with the in house Learning and Development team to design a one day workshop which was then rolled out to the entire management population of over 900. It then became a central part of the training received by managers new to STW or new to management.
